Made in the U.S.A. of heavy duty plastic not the thin flimsy plastic. The helmets have never been played with. Inside measures approximately 6 inches wide by 8 inches in length. Measuring from the outside of the brim is approximately 7 3/4 inches by 9 3/4 inches. Top to bottom, total height is almost 4 inches. Each helmet weights about 4 1/2 ounces.
