Description: I came across this note to a friend of mine who is also an artist. There is a note on the back and it's obvious these two knew each other. I have no doubt that the autograph is authentic. It's dated Dated September 25th, 2002 with a personal not to Jeff and signed Best Wishes Arthur. The artwork is for all appearances under a magnifying glass and by feel that it's real and done by Mr Secunda. It has been folded because it was mailed to Jeff at that time when Jeff was living in Paris as he still does to this day. measures 10.25 x 8.5 inches.This second art print is a rare find for any art collector.
