Two original ink and watercolor paintings on paper mounted with silk border signed Wang Yong (Chinese school, 20th century).First image shows a sublime misty Chinese mountain landscape with a little house sitting on top of a waterfall. The second image shows a sailboat sailing on a lake before a misty mountain range. The rich blue and green pigments in both compositions are very striking. Signature stamps/seals on both paintings read Wang Yong 王庸. Further information about this specific artist is unknown. Images measure ~12.5x 16.5 inches. Measures 16.5x 20.25 inches with the silk borders. Not matted or framed.Appears to be in overall good and fair vintage condition; light brown stains throughout (especially in the second image, very few in the first image. A professional paper art conservator will able to remedy this), a few minor creases on edges, slight waves in paper, light spots of wear to silk border.
