Description: This listing features two (2) specimens of dark brown, black, tan and orange agate preserving rare fossil petrified wood full round limbs originating from Reynold's Creek near Murphy, Idaho within the Owyhee Mountains! The wood grain and growth structure is very well preserved showing contrasting tan and black pigmentation! The larger specimen shows a 90 degree bend in the limb! Digging at the Reynold's Creek location has not been possible for a few decades as the only access to the site is through gated and fenced private property. These unique petrified wood specimens weigh 4 pounds 7.6 ounces. Individually, the specimens weigh and measure 1.) 2 pounds 11.8 ounces, 162mm by 129mm by 74mm 2.) 1 pound 11.8 ounces, 162mm by 85mm by 74mm. The fossil wood round limb specimens are photographed wet excluding the final two photographs which show the items while dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
