This book, which I've tried to get for the last three years since learning of it, is INCREDIBLY rare, and I had even been told that it doesn't exist! I almost gave up, but saw the hardcover on Etsy for $1295!!!! And I even added it to my cart and was thinking about it, but it SOLD! Good things come to those who wait though!!! So, I researched (by making phone calls since not everything is on the Internet!) and found 1126 of these were published... 1000 as a test by a publisher after the author sold out of 126 of his self-published versions. 26 Hardcover, 100 Paperback. The first 100 paperbacks have a glossy feel to the cover, are hand-numbered and signed by the author. The 1,000 from the publisher have a matte cover, and thinner paper, and are NOT numbered or signed. The author declined the contract to publish 100,000 as he was actually not proud of his own work and went back to pursue music. A few phone calls, and a few months later, in my nearly-four year search and I scored three copies from someone who knew someone that had work on him with music at one point. This copy is MINT.
