In 1991, TSR released packs of trading cards cards depicting the best art in their archives, plus all new art for a great set of cards that could be collected or used to play Dungeon & Dragons. It was from this idea that Magic the Gathering was born. This is the 1992 release Part 1, which is an original shrink wrap, unopened box of 36 packs with 12 cards per pack. The shrink wrap is partially torn at the top of the box from years in storage. A great item for collecting, or for playing Dungeon & Dragons. We bought these direct from TSR when published and it has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment since. The photos are of the actual box that you will receive.
