The Matte cover gloss is near excellent There is a small 1/4" tear on the right edge. The corners are decent. The spine, which is square bound, usually takes the most abuse, this one has light soiling from handling There is a tiny bump at the bottom of the spine. The pages are Supple and light cream colored.
