Description: Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Trellis by Lenox Single (1) Salad Plate. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and serving pieces were available in this pattern as well as many other patterns, so be sure and check out my many other lots! The salad plate measures approximately 8.25” in diameter and is marked with or with a slight variation of the following backstamp: “L, Lenox, Trellis, Design Patent Applied For.” The plate has a cream base with a green band, trellis and floral pattern, in addition to a green rim and verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture beginning for the pattern in 1930 (unknown date of discontinue). Condition: Overall, the salad plates are in very good used condition for their age. The plates were acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The pieces may show light utensil marks, light cleaning or storage scratches, or minor imperfections to the green rim and verge, however the pieces appear to be in good used condition for their age.
