Return policy details: We aim to provide satisfaction to our customers with a speedy and efficient service. We request that you email your vehicle registration via ebay message in order to confirm the application of the product required. If a customer wishes to return a product that is no longer required and is requesting a refund or replacement,the cost of original dispatch and return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. A handling charge may also be incurred. All items must be returned unopened and in original packaging and a copy of the original invoice must also be included. Items returned without a copy invoice will not be refunded. New parts carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.Proof of mileage will be required on fitting and on failure, before we can process a claim under warranty. A customer requesting the return of a product must inform Kar Care Parts Ltd within 7 days of the original order date. No product will be accepted for return after 30 days unless faulty. All parts returned as faulty, go for bench testing in order to establish a fault, this procedure incurring a cost to the customer if no fault is found. The cost of this being recovered by the company prior to the return of the product to the customer. All products returned by the customer, will be inspected by ourselves upon receipt and at our discretion, a credit may be refused. No labour costs will be incurred by Kar Care Parts under any circumstances.
