Use magnification to examine this specimen as many of the best crystals are very small. The Fluorapatite fluoresces well under long and short wave UV light but better under short wave ( images #1,5 11). Most crystals are incomplete and or damaged as this was part of a larger piece that broken down but there are some small well formed ones if you look carefully.
