The style is a button down tunic or topper with split V neckline, 3/4 length set-in sleeves with button tabs, bust darts, empire seam with gathers, and rounded 10 1/2" hi/lo hemline. The fabric is a sheer black and white polyester woven floral. It is in excellent pre-owned condition, and is machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
