Description: This is for the hardcore toy collector. This is the Johnny Astro only this one was made in England. Many toys of the 60’s and 70’s were also made in other countries and this one is no exception. I have collected not on the US version of a toy but have bought ones made in other countries. That is the definition of a hardcore collector. The base unit is the same with minor differences including the fan being a different color than the US version. Many of the other parts are different and this one comes with a relief of the moon. I got my Johnny Astro for Christmas in 1970 and forgot all about it until I stumbled on one a couple decades ago. I have collected the US version and still have it but have decided as I downsize my personal collection to offer this one. The boxes of both the US and English versions never really faired well but this box is better than most I have seen and you will not have to pay International shipping rates since I already did that. The instructions are totally different than the US version of which I have included as well. The British version has four other languages on the back as well. The British version looks almost new and is much rarer than the toy itself. As with all my auctions there are no returns.
