Description: You are bidding on a 1998 Flair Showcase Legacy Collection MASTERPIECE parallel card of Tony Gwynn. This has the Purple Foil on the front and the reverse and is one of the #1/1 Replacement cards for the original Masterpiece Collection cards released into the regular packs. Identical to the pack issued 1/1 in every way, except the lack of machine serially numbering on reverse. These cards started to surface in the hobby well after Fleer went bankrupt and most collector's assume former employees started gradually filtering these into the hobby. Maybe not quite as epic as a pack pulled 1/1 but still a must have for any hardcore player collector and most likely still a one of one in their own right as I've never seen multiple bankruptcy 1/1's or Masterpieces surface. Card number is Section 0, Row 3, Seat 19. Card is NM-MT or better. Shipping Information: Winner agrees to pay final bid amount plus shipping within 3 days of notification.
