After seeing this I thought I better more closely inspect the actual quilt and there is an approx 2mm piece of quilt that got damaged when they did this. I uploaded multiple pictures so please look closely. It is not noticeable and if I wouldn't have very closely inspected it, I would've missed it altogether.
