Minimal wear from careful storage & handling. Kept in a private library (not a garage or basement!) since they were new. The volumes do have a bookplate and / or address stamp from the original owners on the first couple of pages. WHAT THE BOOK GRADINGS MEAN: NEAR MINT (NM): Without defects, unread, in the same condition in which it was published. VERY FINE (VF): Approaches the above, but careful inspection may reveal very minor spots of wear from careful handling. FINE (F): Approaches the above, but not as crisp.
