Package has some light damage along the edges but otherwise in new, sealed condition. Purchased a bunch of these for my kids. Was cleaning out a closet and found this guy. Kids now into other stuff. Looking for a new home. Upon receiving the unit and refunding the money I realized it did work - it just needed a simple reset - instructions where found easily on google. After above average service and quick turn around - I was rewarded with a negative feedback on that transaction.
