It has some minor wear on the corners from storage and front cover and 1st page was bent back when Roy Signed this book but it has never been read Some minor soiling on the back cover. There is some minor folds on the top of the back cover. The first 14 pages have some minor picking on their edge. Pages are all in Great condition. There is no foxing or soiling on the pages.
