The Who Keith Moon Signed Spectacular Highly Sought After Publicity Photo RARE!!

Description: Keith Moon spectacular Quadrophenia era action playing drums at his peak 1973 -'74 MCA Track Records 8 1/8 X 10 1/4 publicity photograph signed and dedicated to his dear friend Hilary Gerrard, Ringo Starr's business manager at the time and obtained through his estate. Look at the speed of his drumsticks!! That's the Keith we all remember and love!!!! Keith signed the photo Keith Moon X and added "Hilary My Dear Family" in blue ink. Now here's why twice is in the title. Keith didn't sign the photo twice. What he did was, he signed another photo for Hilary, see other signed Keith photo listing with Keith in bowler hat. This photo was underneath it, so what you have is everything he signed and dedicated to Hilary on that photo is indented onto this photograph, because he signed with so much pen pressure. I tried to take some photos to show it, but my camera, which isn't the best as it is, couldn't get the indented images. It's easy to see in hand, my camera just stinks. Keith's indent reads Keith Moon X (that's in the headlight of the car) "To Hilary, Love You More Than I Can Say". Again just take a look at the signed wearing the bowler hat photo I have listed to see what's indented on this photograph. This indentation is kind of fitting for Keith and very unique to say the least!! Is it two autographs, of course not, but it's a very nice surprise!! This is the most sought after signed Keith Moon publicity photographs by Keith Moon and Who collectors, one of these photos sold for $26,259.00 with BP in 2018. The condition of the photo well, think Keith Moon. There's a small piece missing on the upper right and in the same area in the black there's a blotch of some kind of substance, dare I say it's from brandy or alcohol by the gong....Who knows what it it is? There are several thumb tack holes There are fingerprints on the photo, I haven't attempted and won't try to remove them. There's some light creasing and some beveling that will straighten out if stored properly. Man if this photograph could talk, though I think it is LOL!! Pristine....It's not.....That's the beauty of it!!!! Collectible....It sure is!!!! Does it have character? It sure does!! The photograph appears to be silver gelatin.
