This appears to be in full screen format, and has a runtime of about 90 Mins (Not Rated). The back also seems to indicate this as being an all-region DVD, with no regional coding. The second photo (back of DVD) provides a brief synopsis, if you are interested. This version of this film was released by the Roan Group around 2006. I have quickly tested this DVD disc, and it seemed to play properly for me. The disc appears fairly clean, showing some smaller signs of play wear/fingerprints/scratching. The case seems to open/close well, and the disc fits properly in the case. The case shows a couple signs of smudging/residue. Please see all photos, as they act as part of the description.
