The kit contains a purchased copy of The Quilted Scarecrow pattern/instructions designed by Lori Holt along with enough fabric to complete the quilt as shown in picture 1. This kit contains all fabrics required for top and edge binding along with a 9" piece of Pebble Vintage Trim (ric rac) for your scarecrow's mouth and a Stitch Cute Little Buttons bag for added accents to your quilt. BACKING AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. The overall finished size of this quilt is about 80.5" x 85.5". Fabrics in this kit are from the Autumn collection designed by Lori Holt for Riley Blake Designs. Pictures 2 thru 6 show the pattern, fabrics, trim and buttons included in this kit. There are no substituted fabrics! Skill Level: Confident/Advanced Beginner (standard machine sewing) The pattern recommends 2-5/8 yards of 108" backing fabric or 7-5/8 yards if using a 44" wide fabric along with an 89" x 94" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 16-3/4 yards of fabric, 9 inches of trim and the button bag are included in the kit along with the pattern.
