The binding has some very noticeable wear, but is still holding tight. All of the pages are present and still attached. Some general/shelf/age wear along with... A noticeable lean/slant. Wear to the binding. The binding is cracked at certain areas with some noticeable fraying/pulling away. One can very clearly see some space/separation/exposed webbing. The book should be opened/handled with care to avoid further damage and possible separation of the pages to the spine and boards. Creases/scuffing/marks/wear to the spine/corners/boards. The wear is particularly noticeable on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges. The numerous marks on the rear board and the wear near/along the edges is considerable. Marks/foxing/wear to the edge/fore pages. Creases/marks/foxing/rips/scuffing/wear to the pages. All of the pages have, to varying degrees, some very clearly visible wear. The wear on certain pages, however, is extensive and very noticeable. All of the wear previously mentioned is considerable and very clearly visible! The wear should be carefully examined/considered.
