A little history (from the Shelby County Historical Society): The John Wagner Sons Brewing Co. in Sidney, OH was in operation from 1881 to 1920. Previous to 1881, it was known as the John Wagner Brewery. The brewery was severely damaged by the flood of 1913. After prohibition the company changed its name to Wagner Beverage Co. and produced soft drinks until the 1930's. The bottle is 9-1/4 in tall x 2-1/4 in round.
