Differences in fans back side yellowing/smudging and other minor imperfections of the fan from storage may have occurred. Large stacks of paper do age. I have multiples of these and The one you get will vary slightly from the one in the picture. I will never send a bent or ripped fan. Any fan I send you will be in similar condition to the one in the pictures. Due to size restriction I cannot send these with eBay standard postcard and paper. I do personally apologize for the cost of shipping in America. It should not cost this much to send a piece of paper/cardboard on a stick. eBay requires me to upload a tracking number. I have tried to find alternatives to this. As of now without endangering my account I have not found a good alternative. Thank you for understanding.
