This limited edition, hand numbered plate is trimmed in gold, in excellent condition and has a diameter of approximately 8 1/8-inches. The artist's note on the back of the plate says: "Like other Northern owls, the Great Grey Owl hunts during the daytime, usually from a low perch. One of the most elusive birds in the world, the Great Grey Owl was discovered by Europeans in America before they realized the species also resides in Europe." As you can see in the photos, the colors are vibrant and the attention to detail is nicely done making this plate a great gift choice or a nice addition for a collector.
