I acquired this book from the family member of these people the Goodwins One of the family members passed away and I was able to obtain it from a family member. If you look at the condition, I would call it rough except the only real issue is the first two or three pages and then everything is clean and the binding is decent and it’s complete. However, This was the families history and the person who owned it had little notes inside on certain pages. She also had some paperwork with it that you will receive. So make sure you look at the condition of the book because it’s pretty rough, but not bad. It’s clean and it has pages of family lineage that extend out . And really once you get past a couple of pages in the beginning, it’s not bad. I know people have the book rebound and this would be a perfect candidate for rebinding. It’s truly from 1891 . And it came from the family like I said of these people who the book is written by. So that’s all I know… I put the cheapest price possible on it so please bid if you are interested.
