Description: After returning from the UK the Fourmyula recorded their fourth album, live, in the Wellington Town Hall, with special guest star Shane. Unlike most live albums, this recording contained no renditions of previous hit singles or album tracks - all ten cuts were new to vinyl. As well as performing new originals, the band played their versions of other rock tracks and Shane performed a rock & roll medley and duetted with Carl Evensen. This is an original 1970 copy, a fabulous record of the band's live show - very different from their single releases at the time. Vinyl very tidy, minor age marks, no cuts or scratches. Sleeve intact, some minor wear on edges. Labels clean. Musicians: Wayne Mason: organ/pianoCarl Evensen: vocalsChris Parry: percussionMartin Hope: guitarAli Richardson : bass withShane (Shane Hales), guest vocals Shane, Mason and Evensen are still playing in New Zealand while Martin Hope lives in Australia and Chris Parry is well known as the brains behind Fiction Records and the early work of the Jam, Passions and the Cure.
