Description: Brand new, unplayed! Only 300 copies pressed! Formerly known as the Stains, The Elevators emerged from the Leicester (UK) scene in 1978. "Your I's are too Close Together" was their sole 45 and was released in 1980.Having been promised visits by A & R executives from major Record Companies, which never materialised, it took a "Koala Records" producer to discover them at a Gig before they made it onto Wax. Now, fast forward 40 years later and Mean Bean Records bring you the "Eighties sound of the Sixties" with the re-release of this single in a very limited edition.
