Book is illustrated with maps, vintage photos and charts.Inside pages are in very good condition with no tears, rips, dog-earing; no mold or water stains or marks either. Some light yellowing on very outer edges of pages. No Dust jacket. Minimal wear on front and back covers for a vintage book. Some minor scratches, bends, and tears on front and back covers.Some minor fraying on bottom and front spine edges and corners, and a bit along the top and bottom edges. Spine is fine-has a crease, but the spine is not broken and there are no loose pages. It has had some shelf rubbing, but not bad (Please see pictures). For a 1970 vintage book, it is in very good shape. This book is a serious history about cattle ranching in the American West, specifically in Texas, Wyoming, and Montana. History buffs who enjoy Western American history and cowboy culture will enjoy this.
