Description: "So, what kind of Cure fan are you?" This would be the kind of question I'd be tempted to ask someone if I were to see them wearing a Cure tee, but then, I wouldn't have to. The choice of tee would probably tell me everything I'd need to know. The kind of fan who'd wear a promo tee for Wish or Bloodflowers is not the same kind of fan who'd wear a promo tee for Pornography or The Top. A Cure fan whose favorite song is "Just Like Heaven" or "Friday I'm in Love" is not the same kind of Cure fan whose favorite song is "The Hanging Garden" or "Shake Dog Shake." The former and the latter would, in all likelihood, be completely different kinds of people. Neither one better nor worse, necessarily, but definitely different (I know which one I'd rather have a drink with). I'm serious about this: there are some corny ass Cure shirts out there: needless colors, oversized graphics--all of which I'd simply refuse to stock here at casa de slim_punk, even if I thought they would make money. As you'd know if you've been following, I only stock shirts that I would personally wear, which is why the majority of them fit me so well--if no one ever buys (someone always does), it's just another dope ass tee for my collection. And speaking of which, this one'll be hard to part with: promo tee for what's probably my favorite Cure album, Pornography. These surface every so often, and when they do, I always buy them if they fit me, though they never last--in my sinister clutches, that is. But this thing is a Delta Pro Weight, so despite being well broken in, this puppy is sturdy as f*ck! I'm serious; this shirt is so substantive that it's actually a bit heavy (in a good way). The graphic, though aged, is still striking, and the fit is great. Delta made 'em for the long haul, so no worries there, and the price is nice. Gothically dope!
