Description: Original CDV of a man by New Jersey photographer Gaston. On the back he has signed, "Mrs. A.J. Sweet * with compliments of The Author Feb 6, 1867" * I know it looks like "Swett" and it might be, but I purchased another CDV along with this one, from the same estate, of a man that is clearly identified as Joseph SWEET, so I assume that Sweet is most likely here as well. 4" x 2.5"; good or better antique condition. There are some light surface crinkles on the back.. these are on the top layer of paper and are not visible on the front of the image.Shipping: First Class mailer.
