Description: Original animation production cel from the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE TV show, produced by Mirage Studios in the 1980s. The series was created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. A cel is a hand-painted piece of art, printed on a 10.5x12.5-inch clear sheet of celluloid, that was used in the making of an anime / animated cartoon. These TMNT cels were packaged by MWS Inc., and came enclosed in cardboard mat and backing, with a printed background scene, plus comes with a certificate of authenticity. All this came packaged inside a clear bag, which had a sticker near the upper left corner of the bag, with a printed cardboard bag-topper stapled to the top. This is an original vintage cel, actually used in the production of the program, it is NOT a copy or reproduction -- and no 2 are alike. The painted scene shows 3 Undercover Turtles -- Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael -- facing off against a judo master. Overall Condition: EXCELLENT ..... The bag and bag-topper have some assorted nicks and dings, but these do not affect the actual cel. The cel itself is in great shape and it will display beautifully. ********************************************************************* PLEASE NOT: I am NOT an expert on vintage animation art.
