Pages are off white, with slight browning. The cover is separating from the staples, but is still attached. There is wear along the spine and a little wear along the cover edges. There is a small, 1 inch tear on the bottom left edge of the cover. You can see it in the scan. I am the original owner and the book has been stored in a plastic bag for the last 35 years.
