Other Technics up-for-grabs: 1. Technics SL-5200 semi-automatic turntable with dust cover. Refurbished. Working as expected and aesthetically nice condition. No head-shell, cartridge included (photos 8-to-15, $899) Dust cover is in nice condition but there's a crack on the hinge area. Bench tested and in good bill of health ready to put back into service once again by a deserving future owner, predictably will outlive, outperform even the most superior digital midi related controller to date into the next millennium! So don't deny yourself from acquiring this piece of Vintage Transistorized Legacy from the era when Analog was once ruled the World! Like any other vintage gear, some traces of inconspicuous or obvious wear is almost expected. Additional photos upon request! 2. Technics SL-1800 (photos 16-to-21, $699) was the 70's industry standard turntable of clubs back in the day for beat on beat blending vinyls of actual recordings utilizing true instruments for real musicians synchronized only by passion and experience..no digital drum machine allowed! Raved amongst the very finest Analog Turntablists both in consumer and professional market and anecdotally one of the most effective tool in DJ mixing culture. Release the DJ within you! Prior to posting, recently given hours of complete general check up which included but not limited to, detailed clean every crevice and every line, deoxit, lubricate all pertinent moving mechanical parts to ensure proper functions with some, rewiring and retouchings involved in the refurbishing process. 3. GALLERY purposes only: An ultra-rare black Technics SL-1200-mk2 (22-to-24) in amazing condition with original dust cover, feet, 45 adapter, compatible rubber mat, head-shell included. However, no cartridge available but can be easily sourced-out and leave that option to the new owner’s discretion. The specimen presented here was a back-up deck only for my DJ rig and just sitting inactive for sometime. The pitch control slider "center click" bearing was removed for a seamless pitch up/down transition eliminating the center quartz lock that some DJs find unnecessary. It does not impede pitch accuracy in any way. Prior to posting, the unit has given a complete 20-point check-up and passed with flying colors ready to integrate in both any Hi-fi or professional set-up.
