Team Color Indicator Blaster Side Plates (PETG) for Adventure Force Nexus Pro

Description: These replacement side-plates for the Adventure Force Nexus Pro allow you to display your team color or simply customize the blaster according to your preferred color scheme. I can add a single letter/number to each of the two largest parallelograms (for initials or otherwise making your blaster distinct) and they can be different per side. Disassemble the blaster and remove the plunger tube to access the side panels on the right side of the blaster. The most difficult part is removing the stock panels. Be careful to not break the retention clips for the panels. Once your stock panels are removed, simply pop in the replacements. I find that inserting the end with the single clip first is the easiest way to insert them and line them up properly. You may need to use a utility knife to slightly trim some areas if the blaster shell is too tight on the plates. Notes about material: This product is printed in PETG material which offers superior thermal resistance and increased durability compared to PLA products. PETG has a higher glass transition temperature of 80°C whereas PLA is 60-65°C. For PLA, this is within range of the temperatures that often occur inside a vehicle during summertime so items made from PLA may end up warping in those situations. The same issue can possibly occur from exposure to direct sunlight if the temperature is high enough. PETG has a much higher glass transition temperature however so you are very unlikely to ever experience issues with it warping in addition to it just being stronger in general. PETG products do come at a higher cost than the same product in PLA because PETG takes longer to print and also requires more time to clean up after printing but the result is a very high-quality product.
