Description: This is a small, lidded tea pit with undertray. All three components are in excellent condition, as if never used. This tea service is small. Capacity is approximately 6 ounces. The pottery mark is of the Kozan kiln (Kozangama) in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. It is found on the bottom of both the pot and tray. It is minoyaki. This line of pottery is called “Seika Ryokusai Rinka.” The green and blue are quite striking together. The patterning of leaves and fruit is intricate. This would make a lovely gift.
