Description: Oil Lamp. An oil lamp base produced Taylor Tunnicliffe in the form of a scent bottle. Decorated with strands of pink flowers, set off with scrolling gilding and gilded handles and surmounted with a silver gilt cover by Horton & Allday, Birmingham 1896-7. In excellent antique condition, the ceramic is immaculate, with some rubbing to the cover. The company’s TTC stamp is on the underside along with the pattern number of 7481. Taylor Tunnicliffe are mostly remembered for producing bases for Fairy Lamps. Size: 14.5 cm high, 13 cm at the widest, weight 700 g Please examine the pictures carefully, they are part of the description. While I do my best to reproduce the true colours of the pieces, they will vary slightly from system to system, and in actual viewing they will vary under differing lighting. All white spots are purely light reflections from the camera flash. Shipping: including tracking worldwide. The item will first be wrapped bubble before packing securely in a solid box with lots of peanuts – earthquake proof. Our target is to ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Just occasionally this could extend to 2-3 days, however. I always combine on postage where possible. International buyers are very welcome, all import duties and other fees are your responsibility. Items will be declared at the purchase price, we will not ship it as a gift.
