Has one inner pocket. I did notice a little bit of spotting on the pocket inside...from a lip gloss being in the pocket. I will hit it with some cool water, I'd bet I can get it off. But it's minimal. She only carried it a couple of times. And the lining inside looks basically brand new except for the spotting around that pocket. So it is very clean and in very good shape.
