Description: Here's a hard to find railroad china dinner plate in the Violets and Daisies pattern by Syracuse China. This pattern was used in the dining cars of the Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad trains. The date code indicates manufacture in 1971. The plate measures 10 inches in diameter and weighs over 1½ pounds before packaging. There is some light to moderate scratching and use wear, but otherwise this piece is in excellent condition no chips, nicks or cracks. It is marked on the back as shown.
