Synergy Soldano SLO Preamp

Description: They have just discontinued this version of the SLO (so it's collectors value might eventually go up due to that fact). But it's great sounding! Very accurate to the original amps! If you're getting into the Synergy System of Preamps the SLO is a fantastic "Soldano 100" style preamplifier with two channels (A "Lead" channel with more gain and a "Crunch" channel that does lower gain rock tones fantastically) SLO's sound like high gain Marshall JMT45's with a fuller frequency range than most Marshall amps. It sounds best with Celestion Vintage 30 Cabinets being modeled with something like a LINE6 Helix or Fractal AXE FX, or with IR's of the V30s somewhere in your recording chain. Greenbacks can also work but are less "Articulate" sounding. I love this unit but I've got too many Synergy Preamps and it didn't make the final cut for my new rig. The unit is in perfect working condition and has only seen light use in my private, smoke free recording studio.
