Description: This fish was originally used as a fishing toy with a pole and magnet. As above I did put in two new batteries however the tail, mouth and fins did not move. There is an ON and OFF position on the dorsal fin. The two other fins on top of the battery case do turn but I am not sure of their function in the operation of this fish.This item is priced accordingly. I did use this fish as decor in his room at the lake cabin.
