Description: I have up for sale a lovely vintage unsigned but documented as SWAROVSKI Pave Crystal Cat Pin / Brooch . It stands approx 2-1/2" tall x 1-5/8" across. Its in Excellent Condition . All the stones are present and the brooch is in Excellent Condition. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,TAKE PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AS WELL AS THE INNER BOX TO HELP SHOW THE INTERNAL PACKAGING, AND OF THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM ITSELF AS THIS WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE AND THE CLAIM PROCESS. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT ONCE IT IS IN THE CARRIERS HANDS IT MIGHT NOT GET HANDLED THE WAY WE WOULD LIKE. As stated if the item or items that I shipped were received by you and were damaged , this is then a Claim and has to be handled as a Claim , not a return .
