Designed as a flat back holiday candle, I purchased this at the MACYS Cellar in 2000 to float in a large bobbing apple trough - just never got around to using it - it was sold as a floating candle (and they do bob on the surface when lit!). Featuring a surprised Jack O'Lantern face (Mr. Bill territory) with molded detail, and hand painted features, he has a wick on the nose tip and has never been used.
