Superworld and Call of Cthulhu are both based on Basic Roleplaying, so there should be a basic level of compatibility there (but I've never played CoC, so I can't say for certain). Superworld has a bunch of specific powers, it's kind of like Champions but with much less customizability, so it might be tricky to simulate the precise powers you want. And it is pretty four-color superhero in nature, which may not be a good fit with CoC. But if you like the overall Basic Roleplaying system, Superworld shows its age, but it is a fun system. For our group, back in the day, the attraction was that it was less math-intensive (and offered less opportunity for points cheating) than Champions
