Description: This was Alex Ross's first contribution to the animated/Adventure style books by DC. For my money it was one of the best from the 66 issue run that Superman Adventures had. The interesting thing (to me) re the grade of this book is that this is the first book I've submitted to CGC that was given an 8.5 grade with not a single grader note. Normally if a book grades lower than 9.0 it seems like they'll give it some notes so you understand why it got its grade. The book itself was really clean and at a glance looks very good. My guess is the impacted staples made the difference here, because again, I don't think it had any other issues. You can see the impacted staples in the last two photos. Aside from that, it's a great looking book. Will ship boxed via Priority Mail. First slab will usually run between $9.80 and $17.05 depending on your proximity to Wisconsin and additional slabs will cost about an extra $1.50 each. As a buyer I like having options that will save me money, so I'll offer the same options to you.
