Description: For sale is a very rare Furnivals Denmark butter dish. This butter dish is a 2 piece set. This is a very rare collectible piece as there are not many around. I actually could not find another on-line to compare it with. The dish measures 6 3/8 inches across and the lid measures 3 3/8 inches high and almost 4 inches across at the mouth. Besides some discoloration and some crazing on both pieces there is a very tiny chip on the bottom of the lid. No other chips. The glaze is bright and shiny.
