There are no rips or tears that I found upon inspection, the stitching still looks to be in good condition, I did find a light brown mark on the back side of the shirt about 2 and 1/2 in Long you can see this Mark in one of my photos. Also I found a mark on the bottom hem of the shirt also seen in the photos. The mark looks to be a bleach stain.
