Unplug the power and video transmission connections to camera2. Remove the Sunshield by lifting the sides outward or sliding it out3. Remove the Ring Cap and the Protector Glass from the camera body4. Remove the IR Illuminator and unplug the little white connector5. Take a few pictures of the camera’s exterior and interior for reference in case can’t recall the correct orientation6. Remove the image processor board from the camera housing7. Loose the small screw on lens holder and remove the lens8. Install the new lens three quarter the way in the lens holder9. Hold up the image processor board by the edge (Do Not Touch the electronics)10. Reconnect the power connections to camera11. Adjust the lens for image sharpness12. Unplug the power connection to camera13. Tighten the small screw on lens holder to secure the lens14. Reinstall the image processor board back in the camera housing (refer to the picture took earlier if needed)15. Reconnect the little white (keyed) connector on IR Illuminator16. Reinstall the IR Illuminator back in the camera housing (refer to the picture you took earlier if needed)17. Reinstall the Ring Cap and the Protector Glass on the camera body18.
