Description: Excellent bamboo pocket Sun HEMMI slide rule. No chips or cracks. The back is inscribed sun hemi made in occupied Japan. The sides of the Magnifier are impressed with Sun HEMMI. The slide rule itself is an excellent used condition, the leather case shows age and wear commensurate with use. A great piece of history! Not dated. It being made during the occupation gives it an estimated date of 1945-1952. Measures 4 3/4 inches long by 3/4 inches wide.
