Description: This beautiful studio pottery splash bowl features a unique drip glaze in a multicolor design. The round bowl is 6.5 inches in diameter and 2.75 inches in height, making it the perfect size for a serving of cereal or soup. It looks like a Southwestern sunset over the mountains with the purple & tourquise hews. There are glaze bubble pops on this piece. This happens during wood burning firing, or, the artist may have done intentionally; please see pictures. The bowl is signed by the artist Laura and is an original piece from the late 20th century. It has a glossy finish and is produced in a studio crafted style. The bowl is perfect for all occasions and fits well with a country cottage farmhouse and southwestern themes.
