Lovely place to live at. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The management is very nice and easy to talk to. They hold events here and then whether it's a pizza party or ice cream hangout they're very involved with the community here. Maintenance is also super easy to get ahold of. You just send a request and they're there as soon as possible which could be the day of or the next day early in the morning. Building has secured entry with touch-screen pin system. Utilities are not included, however are very easy to pay as all utilities other than internet are on one bill. You will be essentially taking over our current lease that goes until May 31st, 2024. Any extensions of the lease is up to you and management. There are two parking spots (one indoor, one outdoor) that are currently on the lease but you are able to remove those as you please, as they are month-to-month. You will be moving into this apartment as is. we will be leaving quite a few small pieces of furniture that you may keep or discard as you wish.
